Guaranteed Visitors - Contest Terms and Conditions

The Dyna WebWorksTM Guaranteed Visitors Competition (the "Contest") begins on January 13, 2009 and ends on March 31, 2009 when a winner will be chosen.

The winner will be chosen by a random draw from all submissions.

Eligibility

You must be over the age of 18 to enter this contest.

Employees of Dyna WebWorks, their 567 partners, and their direct family members are not eligible to enter.

Employees, shareholders or officers of companies involved in website development, internet directories, or internet marketing are not eligible to enter.

No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

Dyna WebWorks does not support the activities of websites that promote pornography, hatred, illegal or immoral activity or racism. We will not direct traffic to these sites. If you win this contest we will direct traffic to other of your websites, but not these.

Dyna WebWorks reserves the right, in its sole opinion, to determine eligibility. (We do not pretend that we should be the sole arbiters of ethics or morality - but hey, it's our contest.)

Submissions

By submitting your entry you represent that you are eligible.

If submitting an entry for another person, you represent that you bona fide agent of the person for which you are entering, and that you have their permission to provide their name and email address, and that you are not invading the privacy of any person.

You may enter only once, but every employee, officer or shareholder of your business, or member of your family may submit an individual entry.

By entering, you give permission to Dyna WebWorks to use your name and website address in announcements regarding the contest, if you are the winner.

Dyna WebWorks does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Prize Draw

A winner will be selected from eligible entries on March 31, 2009.

Dyna WebWorks's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize(s)

The winner will be awarded One Hundred Guaranteed Visitors to their website. If the winner does not yet have a website, the prize can be claimed at any time prior to March 31 2010, at which time the prize eligibility will expire.

There will be no cash alternatives.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email.

Inability to contact a potential winner at the email address provided may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The prize winner may be required to allow Dyna WebWorks to install tracking links on the web pages to which Guaranteed Visitors are directed. This is to provide proof of 'delivery' of these visitors and may require that Dyna WebWorks be given access to the website servers. Failure in giving this access may result in disqualification. This tracking service will be provided free of charge by Dyna WebWorks.

Limitation

This Contest is void where prohibited by applicable law.

Dyna WebWorks reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

By entering, Contestants agree that Dyna WebWorks has no control over the actual visitors who will be delivered to the winning website, and no control over whether those visitors actually do business with the Winner. The Winner accepts all responsibilities for the consequences of their decision to enter into business with anyone visiting their website as a result of winning this contest.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering the Contest.

Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

We will not pass on your personal details to any other organization without your permission except for the purposes of running the Contest which you have entered, and announcing the Winner. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
